While Disney World is a wonderful location for couples to travel to, there is a big misconception that it is not a romantic destination. There are so many amazing spots on property that are incredible options for couples to romanticize Disney, but what is better than a romantic dinner for two surrounded by the magic? Whether you are celebrating an anniversary, honeymoon, or just escaping the chaos of life for a romantic night out, here are some of the best Disney restaurants that can create a perfect and unforgettable night with your person.

Yachtsman Steakhouse | Disney's Yacht Club Resort

For the couple who loves a classic steakhouse, Yachtsman delivers with cozy wood-paneled interiors, exceptional cuts of meat, and a peaceful, upscale ambiance.

  • Vibe: Classic, sophisticated, warm

  • Attire: Clean and neat, matching the upscale environment

  • Why It's Romantic: Candlelit tables, waterfront walks before or after on the Boardwalk, fewer crowds

Topolino's Terrace | Disney's Riviera Resort

Located on the rooftop of Disney's newest deluxe resort, Topolino's offers a sophisticated European menu inspired by the French and Italian Riviera, with stunning views of EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Characters do not appear at dinner.

  • Vibe: Chic, modern European

  • Attire: Clean and neat, matching the upscale environment

  • Why It's Romantic: Noted for one of the best sunset views across the property, refined menu, upscale but a more relaxed vibe

The Boathouse | Disney Springs

Waterfront dining, ambient lighting, and a menu packed with fresh seafood and prime steaks make The Boathouse a top pick for couples wanting a slightly more laid-back date night that still feels special.

  • Vibe: Nautical, casual

  • Attire: Casual-upscale, no swimwear

  • Why It's Romantic: Outdoor seating on the dock, live music, post-dinner Amphicar ride (optional)

Toledo | Disney's Coronado Springs at Gran Destino Tower

Toledo brings rooftop dining and a colorful, artistic ambience to life with amazing views and Spanish-inspired dishes.

  • Vibe: Romantic with a creative twist

  • Attire: Casual, no swimwear

  • Why It's Romantic: Sunset views, plates that are great for sharing, live-fire cooking

Cítricos | Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

Cítricos offers upscale Mediterranean fare in a beautifully redesigned dining room inspired by Mary Poppins Returns. It is elegant, yet whimsical, which is a perfect balance for a Disney date.

  • Vibe: Bright, floral, romantic

  • Attire: Clean and neat, matching the upscale environment

  • Why It's Romantic: Gorgeous decor, wine pairings, relaxed luxury

Be Our Guest Restaurant | Magic Kingdom, Fantasyland

This is one of my favorites! While this restaurant can have many mixed reviews, I personally find this to be one of the most romantic Disney restaurants as it is a chance to step into the love story yourself. Step inside the Beast's Enchanted Castle and dine in one of the most atmospheric settings in all of Disney World. With its mesmerizing Grand Ballroom, mysterious West Wing, and intimate Rose Gallery, Be Our Guest is straight out of a fairy tale, making it a whimsical and romantic choice for date night.

  • Vibe: Fairytale elegance, immersive Disney theming

  • Attire: Park attire, but feel free to dress your best for this experience!

  • Why It's Romantic: Candlelit tables, grand decor, the feeling of being inside of a storybook

California Grill | Disney's Contemporary Resort

This is my personal favorite dining experience across the parks. Located on the top floor of the Contemporary, California Grill offers breathtaking panoramic views of Magic Kingdom, Seven Seas Lagoon, and the nightly Happily Ever After Fireworks.

  • Vibe: Modern, sleek, energetic with romantic lighting

  • Attire: Clean and neat, matching the upscale environment

  • Why It's Romantic: Watch fireworks from the private observation deck or from your table through floor to ceiling windows

Note: $100+ per person

Monsieur Paul | EPCOT, France Pavilion

For a romantic escape within the parks, head upstairs in the France Pavilion at EPCOT. Monsieur Paul offers fine French cuisine in a cozy, elegant space that feels completely removed from the theme park below.

  • Vibe: Quiet, formal, authentic French

  • Attire: Clean and neat, matching the upscale environment

  • Why It's Romantic: Tucked-away location, intimate and impeccable service, firework views

Note: $200+ per person

Victoria & Albert's | Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

If you are looking to go all-out, this is the most luxurious restaurant in all of Walt Disney World. Victoria & Albert's is a AAA Five Diamond, Forbes 5-Star winning experience offering multi-course prix fixe menus with wine pairings and white-glove service. It is known as the "culinary crown jewel" of Walt Disney World Resort. In 2024, Victoria & Albert's earned a MICHELIN Star.

  • Vibe: Ultra-formal, quiet, exclusive

  • Attire: Formal

  • Why It's Romantic: Intimate setting, harpist playing live music, personalized service

Note: $300+ per person

Whether it is your first Disney trip together or your tenth, a great date night in the parks has a way of bringing you closer. These restaurants offer more than just incredible food. They create space to reconnect, laugh, and enjoy the magic at a slower pace. And to be honest, those quiet, romantic moments often end up being the most unforgettable part of the trip. Now, the hard part is choosing where to go!
